Cancellation policy

Some products may be available as a subscription, pre-order or try-before-you-buy offer. This policy explains how these purchases can be changed or cancelled.

Subscriptions

When you choose a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency shown when you subscribe.

Shipping on all subscription refills is free, and you will not be charged any additional shipping fees or other costs beyond the refill price shown at checkout.

All subscriptions include a minimum commitment of one refill. This means that after your initial Brume order, at least one scheduled replacement cartridge must be charged and shipped before the subscription can be cancelled.

After your first refill has shipped, you can cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid an upcoming renewal charge, please cancel at least 3 business days before your next billing date.

We will send you an email reminder before each renewal charge.
